Solar shading for Velux® Modular Skylights

The Topfix VMS outdoor solar shading is the perfect addition to Velux® Modular Skylights. Topfix VMS allows you to control the incoming daylight at any time. It is the most efficient solution to prevent overheating indoors. In addition, it prevents disturbing reflections from the sun on computer or television screens. At the same time, it allows daylight to enter when you want it.

Energy-friendly regulation of daylight and temperature

Skylights help you optimally enjoy natural daylight, but you also run the risk that the indoor temperature rises on hot days. Topfix VMS blocks the sunrays before they reach the glass and thus prevents overheating in an energy-efficient way. You do not have to use active cooling solutions that consume energy.

In addition to thermal comfort, you get visual comfort. You will not be bothered by annoying reflections, and your furniture or interior decoration will not discolour due to the sunrays.
