Renson & Remco score with podium in Tour de France

Once again, a Belgian is riding high at the Tour de France, the ultimate pinnacle of cycling. With a podium finish, one stage win, and a best young rider classification, Remco Evenepoel (24) once again made history last Sunday. Renson is proud to give Remco and his teammates an extra boost.

Living history

Evenepoel made his debut in this year’s Tour de France. He’d already won stages in the Giro d’Italia and the Vuelta a España. In 2022, he even made the whole Tour of Spain his own. With the success in the Tour de France, the trilogy of stage wins in the Grand Tours has been completed. The Soudal Quick-Step cyclist added lustre to his first participation in the Tour and podium finish with a time trial win in the stage finishing in Gevrey-Chambertin. The promising rider from Schepdaal cycled his way into history and is putting Renson on the international map with his performance.

Sports sponsorship

Renson has already been active in the cycling world since 2013, a conscious decision made to boost brand awareness around the world via this route. The company previously picked up wins in a Grand Tour with Tom Dumoulin at the 2017 Giro d’Italia and with Evenepoel at the 2022 Vuelta a España. Besides strengthening brand awareness, cycling is also a rewarding tool for Renson to invite important partners, installers, and architects to experience the cycling spectacle from the first row. Such experiences create unparalleled customer loyalty.

An extra boost

The placement of the Renson Outdoor logo on the cycling shorts below the back is a deliberate choice. This prominent spot offers the most visibility during time trials, mountain stages, or breakaways.

Yellow dream

Paul Renson (CEO Renson Group): “We joined Patrick Lefevere’s five-year project with the intention of achieving wins in Grand Tours as a top Belgian team. After all, you get the most visibility at an international level in the Grand Tours. It’s fantastic that Remco is already making it up onto the podium in his first Tour participation! The dream within the company is to finish in a yellow jersey on the Champs Elysees one day.”
