As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and strategically expanding our presence in the region. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and a great team, showcasing your expertise and influencing our growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Selling high-end Renson ventilation, sun protection, and outdoor products to selected dealers, and promoting our products to high-end architects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting. 
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, key decision-makers, and industry influencers to generate indirect sales.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and Regional manager to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Actively participate in the plan and implementation of local marketing campaigns (social media, offline marketing, local exhibitions & conferences, etc…)


    • University degree: preferably (commercial) engineering or architectural studies. With a strong understanding of technical products.
    • Sectorial experience of 3 years in B2B sales of high-end & innovative products. 
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. 
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. 
    • Strong Entrepreneurial attitude with a hunter mentality.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
    • Knowledge of the Australian business landscape is a plus.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Driver’s license is a must. 


  • Home office-based activity with frequent traveling within the NSW – QLD - VIC region.
  • A typical week consists of 4 days of visiting at least 3-4 relations a day and 1 day of home office activities. On a monthly base, we count on 48 significant visits.
