about the role

Renson is seeking a commercially driven and visionary Strategic Architect Advisor to support our growth in the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will engage with leading architects, consultants, and developers to integrate Renson’s premium solutions into iconic projects across the region. You will inspire through design thinking and technical insight, helping shape the future of healthy, sustainable architecture in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development & Market Intelligence
  • Track market trends and construction projects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on competitor activity (product launches, pricing, marketing, etc.).
  • Evaluate and improve customer/specifier performance in collaboration with internal teams.
• Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, consultants, and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted partner to guide clients from concept to specification, integrating Renson’s unique value propositions into projects.
  • Collaborate with local market developers and marketing teams to deliver impactful presentations and seminars.
• Sales & Specification
  • Promote and specify Renson products based on project needs and client requirements.
  • Ensure proper follow-up and support of all active projects in the pipeline.
  • Negotiate pricing and discounts in line with the company strategy.
• Brand Ambassadorship
  • Represent Renson at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Embody and promote Renson’s mission: Creating Healthy Spaces.

your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a role within architecture, design, or construction.
• Degree in architecture and/or engineering
• Strong background in architecture or architectural design; ability to read technical drawings and understand how products integrate into buildings.
• Familiarity with CAD and architectural software (basic level is sufficient).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Willing and able to travel freely across the UAE and GCC
• Professional appearance with a passion for networking and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Resilient, self-driven, and strategic in your approach.
• Comfortable managing complex product information – Renson offers a broad and innovative product portfolio, and you’ll be supported with training and guidance.
