Creating Healthy spaces has been Renson’s baseline for the past decade. To monitor this promise in the field, we are continuously updating our products to become connected smart devices. Renson has developed an IoT eco-system (My-Lio) to support these connected devices. This eco-system counts many internal and external applications that need to be managed and supported.  

To enable the further improved adoption of Renson connected devices, Renson is looking for an Internet of Things Administration and Support Product Specialist to strengthen our R&D team for IoT.  

As IoT Support, you will be considered the first point of contact for internal and second line external questions related to the Renson IoT eco-system and its related internal and external applications. More specifically, your job will involve the following tasks: 

• You manage access rights for the internal applications supporting the Renson IoT eco-system

• You are the first point of contact within Renson R&D for colleagues with questions and/or problems related to IoT applications and devices.

• You analyze reported problems and clarify troubleshoot roadmaps to the involved stakeholders.  

• You support R&D colleagues in the roll-out of experimental set-ups or extraordinary commercial orders.  

• You keep an overview of IoT software releases, and monitor release candidates closely.

• You monitor dashboards for operational problems.  

• You centralize and prioritize improvement requests for internal applications, test procedures and performance dashboards.  

• You contribute to Renson’s innovations by supporting connected products and their surrounding functionality for our customers and partners.  

Profile

• You have a passion for Internet of Things (smart home) devices and applications 

• You have strong skills in critical thinking and are interested in details

• You are a team player: collaboration, oral and written communication

• You are focused on quality and have a low tolerance for defects

• You have a service-minded way to deal with (frustrated) internal users

• You have a knack for investigating problems and gathering answers to complex questions from domain experts

• You can figure out how to use all sorts of (custom) applications (desktop, web, app) for the purpose of administrating and supporting our IoT users

• Affinity with software development is a plus

• You don’t mind working during ‘normal’ vacation periods
