R290 Refrigerant
The Renson heat pump boiler uses R290 refrigerant, which is also called propane. It is a natural and environmentally friendly refrigerant with a very low GWP (global warming potential) or carbon dioxide emission equivalent. Its extremely limited impact on the greenhouse effect and high efficiency make R290 an obvious choice as a refrigerant. In summer, no room heating is needed, lowering the supply temperature. Even at a supply temperature of 7°C, domestic hot water can be produced without any problem.
Renson One Connection
The heat pump boiler can be connected via the Renson One platform. A user-friendly interface allows you to set the desired temperature, adjust operating modes, measure consumption and errors and so much more. The installer can also read data remotely to solve problems or prevent them.
ECOlabel A+
By using advanced technology, the Renson heat pump boiler meets the most stringent conditions. The heat pump boiler only contains a limited amount of R290 refrigerant, but still achieves an A+ Ecodesign label rating. This not only makes it an environmentally responsible choice, but also a smart economic one. The heat pump boiler actually consumes up to five times less than a conventional electric boiler, providing energy savings of up to 80% for domestic hot water production. Moreover, the heat pump boiler can provide 'free' room cooling in summer. When domestic hot water is produced, the water temperature in the circuit cools. The room is cooled by passing this cool water through the underfloor heating system.
Near-silent operation
The heat pump boiler also offers near-silent operation. The compact compressor stands on a noise reduction plate and the inside of the casing is lined with a sound-absorbing material. The operation of a water to water heat pump boiler is also much quieter than that of an air to water heat pump boiler. What’s more, the smart software allows you to always choose the optimal time for hot water production.
